Cancellation Policy

At our guitar teaching school, we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected surprises your way. That's why we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your lesson. With this notice, we'll do our best to find a makeup lesson time that suits both your schedule and our availability. However, if we're unable to find a suitable time within the week during our specified opening hours, unfortunately, the lesson will be forfeited and the corresponding charge will apply.

 

In the event that a cancellation is made without providing the 24-hour notice, the lesson will be forfeited and charged accordingly. We believe in maintaining a harmonious learning environment for all our students, and your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated!

Refunds

Once payment for lessons is made, we want you to know that we're committed to providing you with the best musical education possible. However, it's important to note that we operate on a no-refund policy. This means that once payment is made, refunds will not be issued, regardless of circumstances. We believe in the value of our lessons and are dedicated to delivering quality instruction and service to all our students. Your understanding and support in this matter allow us to focus on what we do best: nurturing your musical talents and helping you reach your goals. Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are a wonderful way to share the joy of learning music. To help keep things clear and enjoyable for everyone, please note the following:
 

  • Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are not refundable once issued.
     

  • Missed Lessons: Missed gift voucher lessons will be subject to the general cancellation policy outlined above.
     

  • Weekly Lessons: Gift vouchers are intended for weekly lessons, helping students build momentum and make consistent progress.
     

  • Expiry Period: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused lessons beyond the expiry date will be forfeited.
